JungleDisk question

With Foxmarks 3.4.6 I'm having trouble to access jungledisk, I'm always getting a 403 error message.

The log says:

Any idea, how to solve this? All settings are made like described in this article.

Thanks

Armin

I received this statement from jungledisk support:

"I myself do not use xmarks but I checked with another colleague and our Jungle disk service does not allow to link directly to the file and in order to open the file you have to browse to it through the Jungle disk page."

My question: Did it ever work??

Armin

  • We're not able to provide support for whatever server-side setup you have, but looking at what you wrote I see a couple possibilities -- make sure you're entering the correct password, and the other item is you should try browsing to https://[username].myjungledisk.com/03_organizer/40_xmarks/fmarks.json and make sure you can hit the file directly--if not, that seems that JungleDisk won't work for you. --Foxworth 00:17, 30 December 2009 (UTC)
